CO2 Unlocking one of the world’s largest onshore carbon storage opportunities — 18,221 km² in the Arckaringa Basin, South Australia, with capacity for up to 1.6 billion tonnes of CO2. Pioneering a low-cost, large-scale carbon capture solution built for the future.
Storage license approximately equivalent to the size of Wales
Carbon Vault 1 (sandstones) and Carbon Vault 2 (coals). With sandstone reservoirs at approximately 800 metres and coal seams at around 250 metres depth, ACV’s drilling and injection operations are expected to be low-cost
